Since starting workouts after giving birth 11 months ago, I have worked out very consistently all though for one reason or the other did not feel like I was giving my workouts & nutrition 110%. I would skip a few workouts, pick and choose from different programs etc.
Posting progress pictures will never be easy. We will always be our own worst critics but it's important to celebrate small successes. Four weeks ago I COMMITTED to completing Hammer & Chisel, a new Beachbody workout program by Trainers Sagi, & Autumn Calebrese. Think Body Beast meets 21 day fix extreme. It has been AMAZING. I have stuck to the workouts 100% my nutrition plan has NOT been 100% and that is something I'd like to work on. I eat CLEAN 90-95% of the time, but I splurge on clean sweets at times. I have been seeing some good results and am LOVING the lean muscle I am building. BELOW is two weeks into my hammer & chisel journey. I've had a couple of cheat meals/drinks 🍾 in between - but that's LIFE, and that's okay. Also important to note: I have not lost ONE pound, and that is not my goal. I am going for TONE, And building LEAN muscle- I think it's working.
I had my 3rd c-section 11 months ago, here is a picture of my progress after 4 weeks of this program :) A huge part of my success comes from these awesome accountability groups I run. I have challengers who are doing Beachbody programs WITH me- They hold me just as accountable as I hold them :)
