FAD DIET?!?!!



I was talking to a woman today who had just started her health and fitness journey and was looking to me for ideas and support. When I asked her if she was familiar with Beachbody she said, "I'm not saying it is, but...I try not to pay much attention to those 'quick fix' or 'fad diets.'"

My response, "GOOD!, ME EITHER!" I have been there done that- and gotten NO WHERE fast! If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is. A healthy lifestyle takes WORK, It takes clean, good, food, in the right portions & exercise. Is it always easy, NO, HECK NO. Next, you need to muster up the motivation to DO the workout, plan your meals etc. Some days will seem harder than others-but once you start to see your body changing-there is no looking back!

So, no it is not a quick fix- I'm not going to give you a magic pill that will help you loose 15 lbs by Saturday- but I'll give you all the tools, and support that I possibly can to help you make your new, healthy lifestyle - just that-LIFELONG.
