I always love a new good find at Trader Joe's :)
Yesterday I found these awesome little super seeds! It's a blend of buckwheat, chia seeds, dried cranberries, shelled hemp seeds and coconut chips. (I LOVE anything coconut!)
These will make the PERFECT topping to my greek yogurt -but since, TODAY I am OUT of yogurt (oops) I decided to try something else!
I made these little energy balls :)
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
2 TBS PB FIT (powdered peanut butter)
3 TBS of unsweetened Almond milk
2 TBS of this super seed blend!
They honestly taste like a little cake ball! Just another quick 'grab and go option: I am refrigerating 2 and freezing two just to check the different textures!
